Responsible Area: Boutique Workshop Operation

    

    

ü  Provide technical services to end customer and boutique stock pieces.

    

ü  Conduct repair job according to authorize calibre timely as per company standard procedure.

    

ü  Maintain professional image at all time with proper attire and kept boutique workshop in tidy and impeccable condition.

    

ü  Give advice to Boutique SA and end customers on the aspect of products function and technical information.

    

ü  Understand the KPI result performance and achieve the customer service overall target set.

    

ü  Supporting Brand and boutique during events and roadshows

    

    

    

    

OPERATIONS RELATED COMPETENCIES

    

    

Workshop Daily Operation

    

    

·         Conduct Technical Evaluation and fill in required forms on all customer repair items received daily.

    

·         Provide Quality check for stock pieces newly sent in or on display.

    

·         Provide Quick Service, Maintenance Service or Complete Service as needed on authorise repair calibres.

    

·         Conduct Quality Control/Final Check on all completed repairs by Customer Service platform and product newly purchased by customer.

    

                                                                           

    

Communication

    

    

·           Answering Boutique Associate and end customer enquiries, raised on product’s functionalities and technical aspect during boutique daily activities.

    

·           Actively providing feedback to Customer Service Platforms on product quality and workshop operation issue.

    

    

Boutique Workshop Maintenance

    

    

·           Keep the workshop area clean and tidy at all time and follow strictly the boutique workshop set up requirement.

    

·           Regularly check and timely replenishment of the consumable kits set in workshop.

    

·           Maintain the workshop equipment and specific tools in good condition.

    

    

Product Safety

    

    

·           Well stored and kept all repair items during workshop operation hour.

    

·           Kept and well stored repair items in the boutique safe after workshop operation hour

Technical Expertise

    

    

·           Good technical skills in repairing all calibre authorised.

    

·           Well versed in the operating all the watch repair equipment and tools.

    

    

Communication

    

    

·           Possess computer skills for simple search functions and email communication.

    

·           Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a plus.

    

·           Willing to communicate to Boutique Associates and end customers and understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
