ajor Duties/Responsibilities:

1. China Insights – data analysis to drive improvements and provide insights to business

- Proactively establish, measure and report critical process performance metrics, peer benchmarks and Service Level Agreements and use the insights to deliver continuous improvement to the processes

- Review and analyze data from GSS operations, generate insights from data, drive continuous improvement or insights for business

2. GSS China Project Management

- Manages intake and implementation of new work processes into GSS utilizing standard GSS Process Tools.

- Responsible for establishment and maintenance of relationship to internal and external stakeholders, on both local and global levels.

- Partners with business leadership and other key stakeholders to define opportunities, identify and prioritize programs-projects. Provides business case development.

3. GSS China Process Optimization project initiative and implementation

- Create an environment that emphasizes a mindset of continuous improvement by leveraging existing Corporate resources, tools and programs.

- Maintain China GSS Service Level Master Agreement and SOP with updates and changes as necessary.

- Proactively identification and implementation of initiatives which will improve process efficiency and/or service quality.                                                                                                                                                                     

- Mentor China GSS team in Six Sigma, Lean DMAIC methodology and processes
