Primary Purpose         

 

To facilitate to be central local contact to be in charge of Master Control for 3 brands in Asia region.

 

 

 

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to...

 

 

 

·         Daily Vendor Master check and control in SAP S/4 HANA and Ariba Procurement system

 

·         Vendor duplication check against key words in SAP vendor master

 

·         Validate Vendor Application required information and supporting documents, e.g. Business License, Tax registration certificate, Bank account certificate, could be in local language

 

·         Consolidate and process Supplier creation and maintenance requests, primarily focused on Asia requests

 

·         Align with the Global EIM team on global vendor creation and maintenance requests.

 

·         Interacting and coordinating new vendor code to requestor and helpdesk Q&A

 

·         Any new EIM request user training and ad-hoc local support

 

 

 

The accomplished individual will possess...

 

 

 

·         Diploma in Accounting in Accounting/Finance

 

·         Local language capacity, including Japanese, Chinese and Korean

 

·         At least 1-year relevant working experience with knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA will be preferred

 

·         At least 1-year relevant working experience with knowledge with Ariba will be preferred

 

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)

 

·         Positive attitude and meticulous with an eye for detail

 

·         Ability to work independently and in a team
