Overview
Handle customer quality complaints; Submit quality and environment related documents; Support the quality engineering inquires from customer; Communicate to source with the objective of ensuring TE's product quality meet customers' standard within TE's quality systems, policies and procedures; and relevant local regulations.


Responsibilities
1. Customer Quality Issue Handling
(1) When complaints happened, respond quickly
(2) Clarify customer quality inquiry;
(3) Visit customers regularly.
2. Quality and Environment Related Documents Submission
(1) Collect and submit PPAP for new project;
(2) Collect and submit quality and environment related documents
to customer in time (REACH, RoHS, ELV, etc.);
(3) Participate in quality agreement review.
3. Quality Engineering Support to Customer
(1) Provide product application training when needed;
(2) Provide quality engineering support to customers.
4. Source Communication
(1) When complaints happened, collect basic information and provide
convictive evidence on quality issue to sources;
(2) Focus on key trouble source, provide their quality performance
feedback periodically;
(3) Audit sources when necessary.
5. TE Quality Performance Monitor
Monitor the CCR, PPM and so on for major customers.


Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, at least 2 years work experience
- Good interpersonal communication skills;
- Extensive product knowledge;
- Good command of written and oral English;
- Basic presentation and negotiation skill;
- Willing to learn;
