工作职责:

？ Providing Medchem Program Leadership to various programs and working closely with biologists, pharmacologists, DMPK and CADD to efficiently advance projects according to project milestone requirements; typically you will be working on 3 programs during Year 1 and you will manage upto 5 programs starting from Year 2

？ Participating in new target selection activity and Lead Generation effort within designated TA space

？ Setting criteria for lead or PCC and working with lead biologists to design assay flow chart to ensure timely delivery of high quality program PCC and IND candidates

？ Coaching 2-3 Medchemproject group leaders on drug design and program progression

？ Summarizing program status updates to clients or DDSU senior management
