工作职责:

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Leadership

？ Set technique improvement goals for team members, develop team capability.

？ Identify and communicate key responsibilities, promote an active attitude, confidence in leadership, and teamwork to achieve business results.

？ Support implementation of company programs to ensure the success of the Company.

Planning and Execution

？ Plan and manage processes and practices to ensure that programs are aligned with company business goals and objectives.

？ Prepare, communicate and educate team on changes in policies and practices within the organization.

Business Requirements

Provide functional expertise and executing functional responsibilities:

？ Apply Accounting policies and procedures in particular area of responsibility to reflect current company direction and in compliance with GAAP.

？ Ensure accurate and timely presentation of actual financial results.

？ Participate in implementation of systems utilized by Accounting, including defining system requirements and training. Identifies and implements process or procedural modifications indicated by systems requirements.

Detail Role and Responsibilities

？ Establish standardized accounting guidelines based on IFRS GAAP, Group finance policies and China Accounting Standard. Promote and help to integrate best practices in China. Produce guidelines, account definitions, monitor implementation of above activities. Response actively for accounting impact of China new business activities. Work with accounting manager to create accounting treatments and memos for both IFRS and PRC GAAP accounting treatment. Provide and coordinate training to accountants.

？ Review monthly reconciliations/ individual financial report, review inter-company procedure and supervise top-side entries, and mass al"location"s.

？ Monitor closing process. Co-operate with accounting (shared service accounting) teams to ensure timely and high quality close for both IFRS GAAP and PRC GAAP. Implement group reporting templates (such as GL templates) and tools, ensure proper documentation and work paper integrity.

？ Statutory China Accounting Principal interpretation and implementation.

？ Support other functional business team or projects; prepare ad hoc external report as needed.

任职资格:

？ Big 4 auditing experience, 6 years minimum

？ HK or EU listed multi-national company accounting and financial reporting experience, 5 years minimum

？ Acting as a people manager, 3 years minimum.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

？ Stable knowledge of IFRS and PRC GAAP and basic understanding of China tax regulation.

？ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail.

？ CICPA, AICPA, HKICPA or other equivalent charter holder is preferred.

？ Ability to research technical issues, exercise professional judgment and document conclusions and recommendations

？ Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Applications, intermediate skill in SAP and financial reporting tools, like Hyperion.

？ People managing skills with the ability to motivate others

？ Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English and Chinese, both in oral and writing.

？ Ability to work in a demanding, high-stress, fast-paced environment, be a self-starter and balance multiple priorities to meet critical deadlines

？ Excellent team player and ability to build relationships
