? Focus on radar feature development (algorithm logic) as well as validate and analyze the system feature performance in real world environment following V cycle development process. This Feature Engineer position reports to feature team leader.
? Analyze customer’s feature performance requirements against our design specifications.
? Work together with customer on feature requirements & development and their integration into the active safety system per Veneer’s sensor design intent.
? Develop, evaluate and make needed improvements of feature performance or adaptation into local markets.
? Propose and implement parameter and logic improvements for the features.
? Work closely with product assurance team to define Vehicle Verification plan, perform joint testing, analyze data and do reporting.

任职要求：
Level (diploma) required:
? Bachelor or master degree in electronical or electrical engineering

Experience:
? At least one year experience in automotive safety electronics products
? Tool experience with CAN analyzer, Matlab Simulink, Dewetron, ADTF, and programing experience in C/C++
? Knowledge in digital signal processing and vehicle CAN communications

Technical skills required:
? Technical knowledge in sensor hardware; software (CAN, architecture); major features (logic, concept, improvements); sensor vehicle integration; sensor performance & their limits
? Hold a driver license and with clear driving record
? Approved driving skill capable of performing vehicle testing on road and test tracks

Skills in relationship and management / leadership required:
? Strong hands-on capability both electronically and electrically, detail-oriented, and working independently
? Adapted to work with EU/US time zones whenever needed
? Committed to thorough processes, team spirit; results oriented; excellence in customer relation; and business integrity

Languages:
? Fluent English
? Fluent Mandarin
? Swedish/German is a plus
