  Job Title:   Application Center Manager - TRS  

  Business Group: SSB  

  Work Location: Shanghai  

  Report to: SSB Business Manager – Greater China  

         

Job Purpose

P/L ownership of SSB transportation (TRS) application center. Lead SSB TRS application center to achieve AOP. Follow the Rockwell Automations China business strategy and SSB China BSR to achieve short term and long term business goals. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Do: 

? Lead the TRS application center organization to achieve AOP

? Follow the 3D business strategy, grow the business organically through repeatable focus application in TRS

? Develop new repeatable focus applications to meet the customers’ demand on Safety, Environment, Energy and Efficiency (SEEE).

? Talent attraction, development and retention, and people management

? Lead TRS Industry Solution Consultants (ISC), work with GSM on funnel health management

? Lead TRS Proposal Leaders (PL) and solution preparation, cost estimation and proposal and PARB approval. 

? Work with PMO and lead project managers on TRS project execution management

? Develop and manage TRS business partners

Job Related Competencies:

? Intermediate level of expertise of Integrated Architecture, Motion Control, Standard Drive, Intelligent Motor Control, Safety, MES/Information System, IC Component, Networks. Basic knowledge of Medium Voltage.

? Intermediate understanding of Industry Knowledge and Application Knowledge. High level of expertise and knowledge in SSB solutions.

? High level of expertise of Project Management. Intermediate level of expertise of Lean Six Sigma Skill, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), and Training Skills. Basic understanding of Market Research & Analysis, OEM Business Drivers, and Process Business Drivers. 

? Basic understanding of sales skills.

? Basic understanding of Marketing skills

Educational Qualifications / Work Experience:

? Bachelor degree or above in technical field or equivalent knowledge.

? Typically ten or more years of related experience in a project-oriented environment.

? PMP Certificated is preferred
