职位描述


· Ensures that facilities services are provided in compliance with the LSA; and the levelof quality meets or exceeds designated KPI values 确保所提供的设施及服务符合条例的规定;质量水平达到或超过指定的KPI值

· To assistthe Senior Facilities Manager in establishing and maintaining good relationsand effective communications with the customers and team members. 协助高级设施经理与客户和团队成员建立并保持良好的关系和有效的沟通。

· RegularlyPlanned preventive maintenance inspection to office area, electrical system,HVAC system and the works are managed through 360Facility system 定期计划对办公区域、电气系统、暖通系统的预防性维修检查,并通过360设施系统对工程进行管理

· Assist and follow-up with all employees withfacilities issues and problems. 协助并跟进所有员工的设施问题。

· Place general maintenance calls to landlord andcoordinate, monitor and follow-up for all building related matters. 给业主打维修电话,协调、监督和跟进所有与大厦有关的事宜。

· Coordinate all employee relocations and general officemoves

· Supervise and manage locally the soft servicesincluding cleaning, pest control, postal, office supplies, internalplant, drinking water supply, printing, waste disposal, phone book updatingetc.监督和管理本地的软服务,包括清洁,害虫控制,邮政,办公用品,内部工厂,饮用水供应,印刷,废物处理,电话簿更新等

· Superviseand monitor reception service locally.

· AssistSr. Facilities Manager to provide training to Receptionist and FAC.

· Coordinate services with vendors, manage vendorslocally.

· Assist with the coordination of site construction,renovation and relocation projects.

· Utilitydata uploading as request, Facilities document and records uploading onFUSION.

· PO’s andInvoices process in Yardi system.

· Assistthe senior Facilities Manager in managing Budget and Forecast developingand adjustment in Yardi

· Supportto senior Facilities manager to identify any cost saving opportunity, and inputfor office/services improvement.

· Toperform related duties as directed.

岗位要求:

· At least 2 years work experience in a similarposition

· Experience of working as part of self-delivery teamand working with contractors to deliver a service

· Ability to perform support services to the team in theform of administration and monitoring of performance measures

· Demonstrate ability to identify relevant informationthat will assist in the production of reporting information

· Experience of managing an area of a budget - cleaning,security, projects

· Ability to work closely with / manage contractors& third-party suppliers on a day to day basis

· Experience of developing relevant clientrelationships

· Preferably work experience in an internationalcompany.

· Good knowledge of English and local language, bothverbal and non -verbal,

· one other language would be advantageous but is not amust.

· Ability of working with applications like MSOffice

· Degree educated – either Facilities Management,Building Services or business orientated

· Proven relevant experience if no formal education

· Ability to work as part of a team and work with others

· Customer focussed

· Effective communication skills

· Ability of setting priorities and working under stress

· Interest in interior design and planning

· Interest in technical building issues

· Good organizational / planning skills and basicmanagement skills

· Problem solving driven, without losing quality
