岗位职责：

· Toprocess visitor registration, issue visitor badges and direct visitor to thedestination promptly and professionally 办理访客登记手续，发放访客证，并及时、专业地引导访客到达目的地

· Toprocess all incoming calls promptly and adequately 电话的接听及转接

· Toprocess/dispatch the incoming/outgoing courier documents per schedule 快递的收发

· Supportto local Facilities coordinator on office administration, office supply, andvendors management. And daily works are supervised by local Facilities coordinator. 在办公室管理、办公用品和供应商管理方面向设施协调员提供支持。日常工作由当地设施协调员监督。

· Ensureclean and tidiness of reception area, and be well groomed and dressedappropriately 确保接待区域干净整洁，穿戴整齐

· To complywith all company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards 遵守公司的所有政策和程序和标准

· Toperform other duties as assigned 完成分配的其他任务

岗位要求：

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in either areceptionist or customer service role.

· Proficient user of Microsoft Office software.

· Clear, concise speaking voice.

· Ability to handle difficult customers, via telephoneand face-to-face.

· Exceptional communication skills

· Ability to work without supervision

· Excellent presentation and a pleasant manner

· Good organizational skills
