职位描述
· Toprocess all incoming calls promptly and adequately 来电的接听和转接
· Toprocess/dispatch the incoming/outgoing courier documents per schedule 快递收发
· Ensureclean and tidiness of reception area, and be well groomed and dressedappropriately 确保前台区域的干净整洁,穿着得体
· Assist SrFacilities coordinator/Senior Facilities Manager on office operations –including electrical system, HVAC system and office equipment maintenance andrepair works. 协助高级设施协调员/高级设施经理进行办公室运作,包括电气系统、暖通系统和办公室设备的维护和维修工作
· Assist and follow-up with all employees withfacilities issues and problems. 协助并跟进所有员工提出的设施问题
· Place general maintenance calls to landlord andcoordinate, monitor and follow-up for all building related matters. 协调、监督和跟进所有与大厦有关的事宜
· Coordinate all employee relocations and general officemoves 协调所有员工的调动和办公室的搬迁
· Coordinate services with vendors, manage vendorslocally. 与供应商协调服务,管理本地供应商
· Assist Sr. Facilities coordinator/Sr. Facilities tosupervise soft services including cleaning, pest control, postal,office supplies, internal plant, drinking water supply, printing, wastedisposal, phone book updating etc. 协助高级设施协调员/高级管理软服务的设施,包括清洁、虫害控制、邮政、办公用品、内部厂房、饮用水供应、印刷、废物处理、电话簿更新等
· PO’s and Invoices process in Yardi system. 处理订单和发票
· Assist the senior Facilities Manager in managingBudget and Forecast developing and adjustment in Yardi 协助高级设备经理管理Yardi的预算和预测开发及调整
· To complywith all company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards 遵守公司所有的政策和程序和标准
· Toperform other duties as assigned 其他分配的任务
岗位要求:
· Collegeeducation or equivalent experience
· At least 2 years Receptionist work experience, good customer facing and verbalcommunication skills, good multi-task skill
· Ability to perform support services to the team in theform of administration and monitoring of performance measures
· Ability of working with applications like MSOffice
· Customer focussed
· Effective communication skills
· Preferably work experience in an internationalcompany.
Good knowledge ofEnglish and local language, both verbal and non -verbal,
