Assist department manager to arrange all types of faxes, letters, memos, etc.

Conduct the filing work within the department.

Making reports and forms, and input to the computer system for inquire.
负责制作各类报告及表格，并将其汇总输入电脑以便查询。
Making records of monthly department attendance& annual leave information.

Conduct the collection of office supplies, registration.

Maintain the cleanliness of the day-to-day office environment.

Requirements资质需求
College or above education degree is required;
大专以上文化程度；
Have certain ability in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing);
有一定的英文听/说/读/写能力；

Good in writing and communication skills;

Proficiency in the use of computer and familiar with Microsoft Office system ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
