Responsibilities:

? Verifies and updates store request’s on after sales quality

? Update repair progress into internal system

? Gathers related customer and product quality service information from stores

? Support on the role as liaison between repair center, store and the company

? Completes accurate data entry and/or paperwork of above-mentioned activities

? Other tasks assigned by line manager

Qualifications:

? College’s degree or above with the major in management

? Good computer skills in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Word

? Related working/internship experience of after sales and/or product quality department/field

? Fluent in both written and oral English

? Strong sense of responsibility, detail oriented and high teamwork spirit

? Be adapt to business travels

? Contractor or third-party role
