日常工作：
（1） 制定、完善、执行、落实工作计划；
（2） 带领下属团队保质保量地完成日常工作任务；
（3） 针对日常工作中存在的问题，分析原因，制定整改措施并监督实施；
（4） 及时处理顾客和客户服务需求，跟踪、落实完成情况；
（5） 随时收集、分析客户及顾客意见、要求，向上级汇报并提供解决方案；
（6） 解决客户投诉，并及时向上级汇报；
（7） 发现客户潜在需求，拓展服务范围；
（8） 管理外包服务商，包括：虫害防控、工衣洗涤、桶装水服务、快递服务；
（9） 填写营运报告；
（10） 实现上级下达的财务目标；
（11） 检查设备的使用、保养状况，确保设施设备的状态良好；
（12） 协调其他服务团队，支持团队管理；
（13） 制定应急预案

团队管理：
（1）定期对下属进行评估
（2）尊重员工，为团队树立模范榜样
（3）关注员工需求，保持与员工沟通的畅通
（4）收集员工培训需求，制定并实施培训计划
（5）根据岗位工作流程要求,对新员工进行上岗培训
（6）针对巡查中发现的问题，及时对员工进行指导、培训
（7）发现、培养继任者
（8）准确记录员工出勤情况
（9） 人员培训：负责索迪斯团队的GMP 培训， 对各部门主管提出的培训要求及时安排；负责分包商驻场人员的安全培训、GMP培训等入职引导工作。
（10） HSE管理：建立并完善各岗位JSA,通过培训、实施，确保员工理解、并遵照执行； 根据现场要求系统地推行BO&F、PTP、HSE设施检查等HSE相关活动，遵循宝洁及索迪斯关于HSE方面的要求。
