职位描述
- · Provide daily support for the user Helpdesk services and conduct problem diagnosis and resolution
· 为用户提供日常的技术服务支持，分析诊断问题并解决或提供解决方案。
· Interact with the clients directly to solve their problems
· 直接接触用户来解决他们的问题。
· General maintenance of the computer hardware
· 日常维护客户端电脑硬件。
· Testing software and hardware compatibility
· 依据需要测试软硬件兼容性
· Research questions using available information resources
· 根据可用到的信息来查找分析用户的问题
· Support and conduct deployment of Standard applications and Sodexo Application
· 支持并实施标准应用及Sodexo应用的部署工作
· Explain IT policies and relevant processes to the internal customers
· 按需向内部用户讲解相关的IT政策及流程。
· Create training programs and digitize classes for customers
· 制作用于内部培训的数字资料
· To ensure that the customers are satisfied
· 提升用户满意度
· Take record of the requests, include record requests, escalate specific problem to the appropriate expert team. Trace and follow all the requests had been resolved with appropriated Ticket system.
· 通过使用IT技术服务系统， 记录用户请求，并依据规定将需要升级处理的事务提交给合适的专家团队，追踪并跟进所有接到的请求，直到完成。
· Follow up Company policy include IS&T internal policy during the daily support.
· 在日常工作中 严格遵守公司规定包括IT内部条例。

Good oral and writing abilities
良好的口头表达及书写能力
A bachelor’s degree in computer science or more than 1 year related working experience.
