Summary of Client:

Key Responsibilities:

1. 为销售服务相关团队建立清晰的管理目标，以提高顾客的满意度；
2. 根据客户服务信息报告，落实相关改善措施及深化顾客保障项目；
3. 开发与评估目标市场和区域的市场潜力和业务发展机会；
4. 分析目前汽车行业的市场占有率和汽车保有量；
5. 评估主要竞争对手的市场动态，及时落实市场部和客户关系部所制订的应对策略和措施，确保业务持续发展；
6. 定期回顾售后团队的工作表现；
7. 为员工制订培训计划和提供职业安全相关培训，持续关注员工的个人发展，并对员工进行日常工作指导，就工作表现进行反馈，明确工作目标，以及提供个人发展机会。

Job Requirements:

1. 大学本科毕业，主修汽车工程、机械工程或电子工程；
2. 具有8年以上汽车服务行业工作经验，并在售后服务至少两年以上相关的管理经验；
3. 具备运营财务管理知识；
4. 具备良好的客户服务技巧及市场服务技巧；
5. 具备良好的英文和中文口语及书写能力；
6. 良好的领导能力。
