PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.Issue tax invoice to customer according to ZVCHINATAX report sent by KL Billing Team
2.Work with commercials and customers to make sure invoices can be issued timely and correctly 
3.Post tax invoice to customers by EMS/Shunfeng (express vendor) 
4.Liaise with KL Billing, Commercials and Credit Collection on the disputed invoices 
5.Manual Reconciliation between SAP and China Golden Tax System 
6.Manual Write Back of tax invoice number into summary report and send out to KL Billing team
7.Handle returned tax invoice and the lost tax invoice cases per tax authority’s requirements 
8.Purchase tax invoices from local tax bureau, apply invoice volume increase/max value adjustments related issues
9.Manual scanning tax invoices and upload into SAP per writeback report 
10.Add/update customer data in CGTS & mailing data per ZVCHINTAX report and CMD WB notification
11.Liaise with CFF / Tax departments and local tax authorities for special billing cases
12.Cooperate with agents and monitor agent performance
