Summary of Client:

我们的客户是位于世界前列的某著名豪华品牌的汽车销售及服务公司，业务范围主要集中在华南地区。

Reporting Lines:

Department: 网络发展部

Report to: 网络发展部总经理

Key Responsibilities:

1. 按照公司健康、安全、环境，进行工程建设；
2. 制订区域发展策略，潜在市场的筛选，市场调研，可行性分析，以公司占有最大市场占有额和利润为目的，选择、确定一系列最适宜的汽车服务中心和其他网络布局；
3. 按照品牌汽车服务中心建造和设计标准，负责新服务中心选址／定点（包括现场考核，与政府批地部门良好沟通，向政府报批报建）；
4. 与政府相关部门，业主保持良好的沟通，协调公司与政府，业主的关系，做好财政算，协调好新汽车服务中心的设计，建造及装修等工作；
5. 负责设计，建设和维护新汽车服务中心，建设合理的网络布局；
6. 合同谈判，负责与业主沟通，协商，确保订立的合同最合适公司发展。

Job Requirements:

1. 本科或以上学历，有工程设计、经济、法律或MBA学历背景者优先考虑；
2. 熟悉营运，财务，供应和销售流程；
3. 有连锁店拓展经验，熟悉网络布局，土地租凭与法律规定；
4. 熟悉工程标准，步骤，设计和采购；
5. 有投资谈判和协商经验；
6. 较强的健康，安全与环保意识，有较好的危险，意外处理能力；
7. 具有8年以上的相关工作经验，有高档汽车服务中心拓展经验者优先；
8. 工程管理技能（熟悉资金，资源管理，敏锐的市场触觉及专业的开发经验）；
9. 熟悉网络建立流程和土地开发使用步骤；
10. 有一定的本地规划局，设计院，政府部门的关系网络；
11. 有较强的人力资源管理能力；
12. 良好的统筹计划与沟通，协调，判断能力。
