Summary of Client:

Our client is the European leader in supplying coatings for continuous coating of metal as well as being a leading supplier of a wide range of special coating systems for industry.

Reporting Lines:

Report to: Technical Director（Foreigner）

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain the working of the R&D Project

l Make the project plan;

l Arrange the work to sub-ordinates;

l Follow the project;

l Make the R&D project report.

2. Maintain the producing product in normal

l Check the formula and QC process;

l Arrange someone to trial-produce;

l Optimize the process.

3. Deal with the customer complaint

l Collect the customer complain information;

l Make the budget and the plan of experiment;

l Check and follow the customer complain report;

l Follow the feedback of customer and customer agent.

4. Make monthly report

l Collect all of information in month;

l Make the technical monthly report.

5. Finish the customer R&D project and improve the old project

l Good communication with customer to get information about the project;

l Make the R&D plan and experiment methods;

l Prepare the sources of R&D and experiment, E.g apply the sample;

l Doing the R&D and experiment plan and analyze the experiment result.

6. Finish the line test at customer

l Contact with costumer to arrange the time and detail of line test;

l Help customer to know the characteristic and usage of our product;

l Help customer to use our product in the right methods to finish the line test;

l Finish the line test report.

7. Improve the formula

l Recheck the formula to improve the product according to the customer feedback;

l Make the all-sided test for the improved product;

l Make the detailed report.

8. Finish lab request

l Analyze the quality problems of product and find the cause;

l Provide the solution and preventive measures to customer;

l Provide the technical support for customer and attend the line test of customer;

l Finish the sample request and other lab request in good time.

9. Formula system management

l Input and update the daily formula;

l Lock and activate the formula;

l Product definition and material coding.

10. 5S management

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Chemistry or related major.

2. Minimum 5 years working experience in coating technical support.

3. Experience in the 3C coating is a must.

4. Proficient in reading and written English and have a daily communication skill in oral English.

5. Proactive, able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.

6. Familiar with MS Office software like Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
