工作职责:

Coordinate a network of high professionals for the various categories and sub categories for the whole scope of Supply Chain

Lead to work out category strategies for each department of Procurement, Import & Export and Logistics, according to Group guidelines

Ensure all the category strategies are well implemented to achieve target results

Supervise major business activities, participate and lead key projects

Identify and initiate synergy opportunities material cross all Sites

Build a strong relationship with internal customers to ensure all the business needs are met properly in most efficient way

Develop and implement harmonized process, share best practices per categories and sub categories in the Group and drive for continuous improvement

Set good criteria to develop best suitable supplier pool, ensure to support the sustainable development of the Group

Accountable for the relevant KPI goals, to achieve the best reasonable cost

Ensure all the activities to carry out without any compliance issue

任职资格:

Education / Experience

？ Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain or Business Management, MBA or equivalent would be a plus

？ 15 years’ experience or above in Supply Chain Management or Procurement / Sourcing

？ Experience in Pharma industry is desired

？ Strong knowledge of the best in class Supply Chain techniques and processes

？ Sound experience in Supply Chain Processes & Systems and in Management

？ Ability to develop best practice procedures as well as tool enhancements including change management expertise

？ Strong project management experience to drive the timely progress

？ Strategic thinking combined with operational execution follow up and management

？ Ability to influence all levels of management and other functional areas

？ Demonstrated leadership, coaching, teaching, networking and managing performance abilities

？ Good communication, team work, organizational skills and ability to work with multiple deadlines

？ Strong internal customer & business focus, result orientation and change management experience

？ Good presenting skills and system knowledge including e-technologies for Supply Chain
