1． 执行加盟拓展计划，寻找和筛选符合公司条件的加盟商。制订谈判计划与策略，了解的开店计划和条件，确定加盟合作意向，跟进签订加盟合同流程与回款。

2． 根据潜在加盟客户的商誉、信用度、支付能力、经营能力等情况，为发展加盟商审核提供决策依据。

3． 做好内外沟通协调，解决加盟客户在开业经营中遇到的困难与问题，并妥善移交营运部大区管制体系，维护好客户关系。

4． 根据拓展管理制度，定期检讨经营表现和合作关系，确定与加盟客户续约及终止合约，规避经营风险。

5． 参与公司渠道推广计划，展会，发布会等。

专业素质要求：

1,，3年以上大型零售及服饰行业经验，2 年以上加盟拓展工作经验。

2，熟悉行业操作规则，熟悉加盟招商及商场招商的操作流程，有稳定的客户关系，具有准确个人目标，能制订详细的工作流程，具较商务谈判能力、沟通协调、熟悉终端运作。
