Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement internal communication programs for China; manage the day-to-day work of drafting executive memos, announcement, employee newsletters, and other internal communication materials;
• Support executives on developing speeches, PPTs and thought leadership papers, and prepare media interviews;
• Act as a member of AECOM Asia Copy Desk, edit marketing materials to ensure compliance with AECOM brand guidelines
• Project translation (report, presentation PPT, correspondence with clients), Format and translate designers' CV
• Collect and maintain project sheets, project PPT slides creation and updating
• Support other marketing efforts in China by working collaboratively with leaders across the region.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or English Literature, overseas work experience is preferred.
• Generally requires 3+ years related experience in a comparable position, oversea working or studying experience is preferred.
• Prior experience of working as an editor/writer/reporter/copy editor in a professional PR firms, or business / industry media are strongly preferred; experience in a professional service firm and/or big corporate environment is a plus.
• Must have high level of integrity and working ethnics.
• Must have superb writing skills, in both English and Chinese, TEM-8 is preferred.
• Mature, proactive, business savvy, action & result-oriented.
• Strong personal skills, ability to work with all levels of management, and interact cross-culturally.
• Strong team leadership skills and verbal communication.
• High level of organization and prioritization skills.
• Enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-growing company.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office essential.
