职位描述

RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinical Sales Training

  • Explore and prioritize the clinical training needs from hospitals/clinics, channel partners and sales teams, develop APAC clinical training program objectives, framework and roadmap by leveraging both online and offline channels.
  • Owns establishing, creating and delivering clinical curriculum for APAC education involving procedures and new and existing products that are specifically for APAC countries applications and needs.
  • Set up APAC IPT (initial product training) program for both Lesion Removal and Biopsy applications.
  • Owns taking NA material and implementing appropriate content for the APAC Market with different translations, to increase learning.
  • Communicates and works closely to the NA Training team to ensure alignment Globally for APAC.
  • Collaborates with NA Clinical Trainer with clinical education team, guest physicians, and all presenters to schedule sales training activities. 
  • Responsible for training schedule for APAC, leading the courses, and identifying key SME’s to help support APAC training locally, modeling after NA Training Model.
  • Owns the delivery of clinical/sales training at the APAC Kick off meeting, CP meeting, etc, modeling and using best practices from the NA GTM.
  • Responsible for ensuring student registration, online video assignments, pre-course assignments, and other logistical components for each class in the appropriate languages.
  • Responsible for the set-up of all materials, presentations, and equipment related to training to ensure the class runs smoothly.
  • Facilitates all clinical training labs and sales presentations during the training.
  • Works closely with the Marketing Department to ensure all students receive the proper materials and coordinating the Product Managers to help support training classes.
  • Identifies sales SME’s that can help deliver the sales training portion.
  • Assists with global re-certifications.
  • Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) Video Learning System, training records, and updated all APAC content through MAPPS.

Field Based Training

  • Assists in the clinical skill development of Field Sales Representatives and provides field based clinical training to Sales Representatives.
  • Assists in the clinical skill development of Physicians and provide clinical training to our customers.

  CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and verbal. Good command in Japanese is a plus
  • Ability to work as individual contributor and also in team environments to gain followership and drive results through influence
  • Excellent facilitation skills.  Ability to hold individuals attention, create excitement and hold all team members responsible for outcomes.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work closely with entire leadership team to drive change, continuous improvement, and engagement throughout the organization
  • The capacity to plan, organize, & complete projects on time. Excellent project management skills and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and deadlines

  • Willingness to learn the complexities of working in a Diagnostic industry where compliance to regulation is a must.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Mammographer and Breast Ultrasound Technologist, with extensive experience in vacuum assisted, minimally invasive, biopsy procedures required.

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE 

  • First-hand knowledge of Company products preferred, but not required.

EDUCATION

  • Minimum of an associate degree in Radiologic Science, Education, or a related area of study required.
  • AART Certification in Radiologic Technology required. 中华医学会放射学分会相关证书
  • AART Certification in Ultrasonography Technology required. 中国放射医师学院相关证书.
  • AART Certification in Mammography Technology required. 中国乳腺健康协会相关证书.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time; both domestic and international travel is required.
  • Willing and able to travel to corporate office in APAC for collaboration and learnings for  Trainings,
