We deliver creative solutions for building projects for industry, government, commercial and leisure sectors. Our building engineering specialists have expertise in structural and building services engineering, fire engineering, acoustics, facades and seismic design. We embed sustainability principles in every design.

Responsibilities:

l   Design and drafting of building engineering works (structural).

l   Preparation of study reports, technical notes and public consultation papers.

l   Preparation of tender documents (conditions of contract, specifications, method of measurements & bills of quantities) and tender reports.

l   Project management and contract administration for building engineering contracts.

l Project management: responsible for financial management of the project, ensuring key deadlines are met and that the project stays on schedule, and staff are working together effectively.

l Plays a key role in client management and client satisfaction.

职责：

l  负责建筑工程项目的结构设计、绘图工作；

l  准备研究报告、技术说明和公众咨询文件；

l  准备竞标文件（包括合同条款、投标说明、计量方法及工程量表等）及竞标报告；

l  项目管理和建筑工程合同管理；

l 统筹、管理项目相关各项工作，包括财务管理，进度控制、纳期管理，领导团队高效合作；

l 负责客户管理，满足客户需求。

Requirements:

l Bachelor degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent. Master degree preferred.

l For Engineer positions, recently chartered engineers or graduates with minimum 3 years post-graduate experience in structural engineering.

l Qualified / Chartered Engineer of a recognized professional institution.

l In depth technical knowledge of discipline.

l Familiar with PRC design codes and standards

l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

l Fluent in written and spoken English & Mandarin advantageous.

l 此工程师职位优先考虑近期获得注册工程师资质或在结构工程领域有3年以上工作经验的候选人；

l 持有注册工程师或其他相关资质；

l 专业知识扎实；

l 熟悉中国设计规范和准则；

l 优秀的沟通和人际交往能力；

l 英语及普通话流利者优先。
