Job description:

In charge of the opening of our new corporate stores in China.

Your main responsibilities will be to

· Make market studies to study the viability of potential projects

· Coordinate all the departments involved in the opening process of new stores (legal, interior design, internal control, works, etc.) both in China and in our Spanish HQ

· Supervise the negotiation of the lease agreements

· Comply with our internal procedures.

You will also be in charge of the relationship between the company and the landlords for all the opened stores and of the compliance of all the requirements stated in our lease agreements.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Management and Business Administration or similar area.
• Language skills: Excellent Chinese Mandarin and English (spoken and written). Spanish is appreciated.
• Approachable, be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external parties to solve problems
• Detail-focused, persistent, and organized; good with numbers
• Responsible, proactive, and hands-on attitude
• At least 2 years experience in similar responsibilities and/or property management sectors
