Position Summary:

Ensure the fulfilment of store projects goal.  

Key Responsiblities:

1. Store Design and Projects Management

• Support Store Planning Manager, work with HQ team on the development of new design concept for fa？ade / interior.
• Ensure the concept implemented in our network is aligned with our specifications.
• Executes overall project management strategy and objectives with Project Managers.
• Inspects project process to ensure the timely and qualified delivery
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Interface with all relevant parties (regional office, local contractors, shopping malls and landlords) to ensure the projects are executed according to the business plan.

2. Store maintenance management

• Follow up the whole maintenance process, receive the maintenance request from BTQ, and follow up the maintenance working process; check the maintenance completion report.
• Ensure the maintenance works quality and timely.

2. Payment management

• Follow up the PO process of new project/renovation/relocation, raise the PO, follow up the invoice collect and payment arrangement
• Manage the maintenance PO, follow up the payment of maintenance PO.

Skills and Requirements:

• 3-5 years relevant experience in in fashion/luxury brands retail industry in Store Planning.
•  Passion about Jewelry and Luxury
• Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading and writing);
• Creative, hard-working, independent, flexible, detail-oriented and dedicated personality required
• Good communication skills with mature people management skills
