Implement troubleshooting and daily maintenance for all the building facilities such as LV system, Fire Fighting system, Elevator, BMS, Security Devices, AV system, instruments, etc. 实施主楼设备设施的日常维护和故障处理工作，涉及配电，制冷，锅炉，会议音响，消防，电梯，楼控，安防和弱电仪表等Understand procedures and processes and operate them to the required standards such as Safety rules, PPM, SOP, LOTO, etc. 遵守并执行工程业务标准，如安全规定和预防性维修计划，标准作业指导书，上锁挂牌等Ensure PPM and dispatched W.Os in good treatment. 落实维修计划和妥善处理工单Liaise with suppliers for implementing preventive maintenance plan and ensure subcontractor and supplier log books are up to date 监督维保商执行维修保养计划并更新维保记录 Liaise with contractors for implementing improving project in safe manner. 监督承包商在遵守安全法规的前提下完成设备维护，工程改造和项目建设工作Any other tasks that manager assigned 完成主管分派的其他工作


任职要求：

technical school graduate and three years’ experience above 技校毕业，三年以上工作经验
electrician certificate 电工资格证书
