Your tasks and responsibilities:

1.Handle and coordinate daily transactions of customes clearance for Imp/Exp

2.Collect and provide accurate information(Chinese description) of spare parts to support brokers for definition of declaration elements

3.Operate consolidation clearance for bonded consignment warehouses

4.Coordinate with CSML AA and monitor daily transactions of international transportation (arrival on time, documentation,manifest, etc)

5.(Senoir) Manage and monitor performance of bonded warehoues operators

6.(Senoir) Manage and monitor performance of forwarders for international freight

7.(Senoir) Handle complaints and urgent cases in customs clearance and international transportation

8.(Senior) Handle related landing cost booking in monthly basis

9.(Senoir) Introduce and maintain data of China Trade Management (CTM) within Customer Service

10.(Senior) Take leads in order processing of of liquid helium CDV

11.Fulfill other tasks assigned by superior

Your qualifications and experience:

1. 1 to 3 years (2 to 5 year, 1+ in management position for Senior) customs affairs and import/export related experience with a proven track record, preferably in manufacturers of MNC or third party logistics.

2. Bachelor degree or above with major in logistics/supply chain management/International trade
