工作职责:

? Leads all aspects of IT system operation which includes but not limited to Server, end user device , data voice networking , security,VIP support and SOP execution @ WXDX global. Service doesn’t include Lab-Informatics and lab supporting.

? Drive end user satisfaction and operation excellence for the standard IT service following ITIL process and work closely with WuXi Corporate IT Service and Security team to maintain same standard meanwhile leverage corporate best practice to drive WXDX service quality better than corporate average.

? Work with other senior IT management from Lab-Informatics / Bio-Informatics / Solution team and corporate IT leadership to support business growth strategy

? Responsible for 3rd party vendor services and quality control. Negotiate IT related service SOW with procurement team. Responsible for driving IT operational cost effectiveness.

? Responsible for vendor management and issue resolution support following corporate IT service management process. When necessary apply WXDX own best practice to continuously improve service quality.

? Technically has expertise to understand the architecture team deliverables and translate to IT service management criteria. Review and sign off any architecture delivery from service perspective

? Understand ITIL service operation best practice and strong execution ability to ensure the SLA fulfillment. Build global service standard as a whole with corporate IT service management team

? Lean Six Sigma continuously improvement mindset and practical experience to drive service excellence

? Defines architectural improvement requirements from site / regional perspective and implements service monitoring across all platforms to ensure high availability and disaster recovery capability of critical systems

? Sponsorship to the IT service and operation projects and work closely with PMO to governance the IT service projects, accountable for the project success return to service enhancement

? Play key role to the critical projects in the site change management position and take site project manager role and leading virtual team for the IT service related project.

? Open and continuously adopt to the market IT service best practice. Convert to the solution best fit to WXDX situation.

? Service role with business mindset and willing to take challenges and other assignment in the startup company. Hands-on is a must along with strategical leadership

任职资格:

1. 10+ years’ Experiences in IT technical and service territory; or relevant

2. Fluent in English / Chinese. Verbal and written

3. Excellent interpersonal skill to work with different stakeholders and manage service challenges

4. Be able to deliver good result under high pressure

5. Show initiative, proactive, responsible and self-managed in relation to tasks

6. Proven people management skills and vendor management capabilities

7. Understand IT service contract / financial factors. Proven in previous working experience

8. Result oriented, self-motivated, creative in the service innovation

9. Global view , local execution

10. Startup Company and entrepreneurship. Willing to reset previous working habit and build start from zero

11. Healthcare industry experience is a plus with compliance mindset
