Responsibility

Order Processing in SAP

Working with factory closely to ensure order fulfillment and on-time shipment.

Monitoring duty free and payment to achieve CRD.

Providing Full set documents for customer clearance.

Preparing LC docuements to Payment collection.

Working with sales team and customer closely for order tracking.

Driving sales/order forecast and backlog reports. Coordinating all players involved in backlog execution.

Working closely with service team on installation and revenue recoginition.

Working closely with sales support and finance team to ensure OTC process running smoothly.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION

a) Professional Experience

Minimum 3 years working experience in order management.

SAP experience is a must

b) Education

Bachelor in Logistics or international trade.

c) Language

Good command of written and spoken in English & Mandarin.

d) Travel (required estimated % of time)
