工作职责:

1. Develop CRM strategy and structure to support Marketing Management and Clients Management.

2. Develop connections between digital marketing systems, finance management, and project management system, so that all clients related information can be collected.

3. Monitor the efficiency of current CRM system, develop new functions to improve the efficiency of commercial management.

4. Develop tailored CRM proposal for business units for commercial management.

5. Provide related training to CRM related users from BU and Operation department.

6. Provide client data report to business leaders for business insights and forecast; develop data report format for related business.

7. Help with digital transformation for business development

任职资格:

1. Minimum of 5 years of working experience in CRM management, preferably in B2B industry, or healthcare related company

2. Strategic thinking in CRM system design, commercial data management, client data master plan and digital transformation

3. Excellent communication skills

4. Ability to perform under tight timer pressure and comply with deadlines

5. Demonstrated business acumen and project management skills

6. Strong ability to work across different geographic regions

7. Strong skills in using PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Photoshop and CorelDraw is a plus
