职位描述
JOB PURPOSE:
l Establish the close collaboration and partnership to support business objective and priorities with the appropriate and reliable IS solution
l Provide project management support and all aspects of implementation to ensure the solutions are implemented with the high quality and positive business impacts as promised.
l Identify business opportunities with the balanced and impartial view utilised in the selection of solutions
l Facilitate the resolution of complex business issues and influences business process change/improvement by utilizing IS
FUNCTIONAL ROLES:
The roles designed within China IS Business Partner team covers the responsibility in the scope of Customer Engagement for improving Sales Force Effectivess by partering with BI&E and Pharma Business Unit.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Business Engagement:
l Establish the business relationship with key target business stakeholder by having the strong business domain knowledge and a good understanding of business objective and priorities
l Form the business partnership to identify and rationalize business requirement as needed
l Establish the trust and integrity with business and various work groups by making realistic promises and keeping them; whilst giving honest answers to questions and challenges.
l Identify IS capability gap and inefficiency in current business processes and create improvement solutions
l Identify appropriate business resources and lead the joint efforts to bring the solution.
Project Management:
l Provide project management support by leading the solution architecture review with various IS team
l Accountable for the project milestone/timeline, resource, critical success facts and business impacts with the support among project team and business
l Lead the project planning, all aspects of implementation and cut-over activities by timely updating the progress and escalating the issues or deviations to stakeholder for resolution
l Assist in co-ordinating user's testing and training
l Accountable for the user adoption and success matrix to demonstrate the positive business impacts
l Accountable for the stabilization and the on-going effectiveness of solution through the use of appropriate metrics and review processes.
Business Problem Solving:
l Analysis business issues by identifying root causes and barriers
l Valid customer requirements by proposing new solution or re-using existing solution
l Propose various options and alternative solutions for decision making with positive business impacts
l Contribute ideas and actions that produce incremental improvement or innovative breakthroughs in business process
l Identify potential problematic areas and offers solutions before those areas become problems
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
l Min. Bachelor degree in computer science or engineering disciplines
Experience & knowledge:
l 5 years overall working experience in information technology (multinational companies preferred)
l Experienced in Project management (desired)
l Experienced in Enterprise application integration
l Experienced in Business Process Analysis and Business Process improvement methodology knowledge
l Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry (Pharma business desired)
l Proven track record of leading complex IT enabled project implementations in a business facing environment.
