Responsibility
Purchase Order Processing in SAP, and tracking the PO status accordingly.
Create delivery note for consumable product in SAP and tracking the shipment status as well.
Draft the replenishment plan for stock order accordingly.
As the executor of Demo borrow-out process, communicate with Sales, MKT, SVC and transportation vendor, to ensure the demo safe and on time delivery.
Responsible for 3rd purchasing and payment application.
Logistics expense payment consolidation and check the accuracy.
Working out the monthly report.
Working closely with 3rd logistics vendor for smooth the goods arrival and delivery.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
a) Professional Experience
? Minimum 3 years working experience in logistics or supply chain.
? SAP experience is a must
b) Education
? Bachelor in Logistics or international trade.
c) Language
? Good command of written and spoken in English & Mandarin.
d) Travel (required estimated % of time)
? 10%
