工作职责:

What You Do

As Product Safety Specialist for Lights & Furniture, you ensure the product safety risk assessment, evaluation and solution finding on the products, together with stakeholders from compliance team, production office, buying office, and manufacturers. You follow up bulk production to secure product safety on bulk level, with integrated support from production team.

You create the product safety guidance including, but not limited to, material, safety structure, hardware, assembling applications, key production processes, and conduct training to all related stakeholders to ensure good level of product safety knowledge and awareness across the H&M Products; You keep renewing and updating the product safety guidance to ensure this guideline covers the needs of expansion;

You work pro-actively by continuously supporting buying team and production team in related to design, safety risk assessment, potential misuse of the products, as well as potential solutions identification. Together with production office, you secure product safety in terms of material, product structure, fitting, stability, function., etc from samples till bulk.

You lead the product safety root cause analysis in case of customer returns/claims, with proper communication to the related stakeholders (BO,PO, GPCD, 3rd Party.,etc), and also give right guidance to supply chain for improvement and future securement on similar products.

As the Product Safety Specialist, you deliver on the areas you have ownership of through collaborations with Production office, Buying Office Global Compliance Dept and Suppliers.

You deliver by living our values every day and by making sure you have great relationships with all your stakeholders.

You are a good H&M role model towards all stakeholders.

You work particularly close to the Production and buying office, in a proactive way, to give guidance/feedback/suggestion on securing product safety on products, meantime maximize the requested buying concept and most production feasible.

You use your knowledge and expertise to train, guide, suggest and support creative as well as practical solutions. You create good working relations with all stakeholders to ensure safe and credible final product.
