Urban Planner

Responsibilities:

Under the direction of a senior leader, play a critical role in projects for masterplan development and documentation which may include:

• Performs research and analysis of urban planning and design related systems and strategies.
• Assists in preparation of drawings, maps, illustrations, presentations and reports.
• Develops planning studies and reports in support of new and updated plans, programs and regulations
• Works within team structure and contributes to the urban planning and design process.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years’ post-graduate experience as an Urban Planner.

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning or Transportation Planning and Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, or Architecture.

• Have knowledge about TOD and TOD project experience preferred.

• Expertise in Adobe Design CS, AutoCAD and Sketchup and/or Rhino.

• Familiar with various practices such as industry planning, traffic planning, landscape, other related practices.

• Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, regulation and procedures.

• Excellent organizational skill.

• Be able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Good writing and oral communication skills both in English and Mandarin.
