职位描述
Purpose of Position
To develop and implement operations plans and programs and assist in manpower, system or network planning
projects with the objective to ensure service and operations excellence, increase revenue and enhance customer
experience with the objective to achieve FedEx APAC productivity and service goals.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
- Master's degree preferred
Experience:
Two (2) years of professional experience in industrial engineering, operations management or analysis, network planning, aviation industry or related fields
Technical Expertise:
-Knowledge of one or more of the following areas:
-Process engineering
-Industrialengineering
-Network planning
-Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and planning skills
-Relevant computer modeling skills preferred
Purpose of Position
To maintain knowledge on regulatory procedures and standards; to assist in fostering the relations between the
company, industry and government organizations with the objective to minimize risks and protect FedEx's interests.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline
Experience:
Two (2) years of professional experience in aviation, regulatory or planning fields
Technical Expertise:
Knowledge of the regulatory environment
Knowledge of FedEx processes and range of products
Demonstrated successful performance in liaison work with industry and government
agencies
Fluency in English and preferably local country language (both written and spoken)
