PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Describe the major activities of the job, emphasising the end results which must be achieved.

 

Compensation & Analysis (Job Weight 60%)

• Main contributor of annual budgeting process, personnel cost analysis and forecasting covering retail and back office

   

• Support C&B analysis (eg. Pay Mix, productivities, incentive scheme etc.)

 

• Fulfil various reporting consolidation and submit to Finance or corporate HRs

   

• Involve in external market C&B research & trend analysis.

   

• Payroll administration, payroll related reporting preparation etc

   

• C&B related programs/process/SOP design and delivery

   

• Provide HR data for external/internal HR audit

   

• Monthly Reporting (Budget system checking, Personnel report, OT report, commission report, etc.)

   

• Other supportive work for daily analysis

 

Benefits Requirements (Job Weight 40%)

• Participates in development of compensation and benefits policy.

• Update the compensation related labour law and implement into daily work.

• Assist to C&B team for some project’s needs.

• Other C&B related issues or activities support.

 

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor and above, 3-5 years' working experience, HR function preferred.

• Independent, team work spirit and have good communication skill

• High sense of confidential and personal integrity

• Strong skill in Excel and PowerPoint

• Fluent in English both oral and writing.
