Mission/Purpose of the Job :

To strengthen the leading position of Company in vacuum business with profession technical knowledge and support . To satisfy customers with product experiences and application knowhow

To extend Company business

 

Main Responsibilities:

1. Application and product consulting for sales, customers for technical questions

2. Provide vacuum calculation and project proposal on the base of technical features, cost comparisons and unique selling points with all necessary documentations

3. On site project support for new or complicate applications or projects

4. Generate training material of applications and products and deliver trainings to sales and customers

5. Member of product launch team.

6. Generate Q&A documents for selected products and applications

7. Support sales to win major projects in the market from technical side

8. Support sales to develop Company business

9. Support customers to make good use of Company with good product and application knowledges

10. Follow up and get feedbacks from makes and feedback to product development team

11. Create selling stories, training materials, FAQs for sales and customers

12. Get trainings for new products for trainer level

13. Wide range vacuum knowledges and knowhow

 

Requirements:

1. Master degree  or better

2. Major in Vacuum Engineering or Physics  is preferred

3. Experiences on molecular pump, cryopump, vacuometer and leak detector are preferred

4. At least 3 years working experiences in vacuum related business

5. Good verbal and written English skills and able to give presentation in English and follow complicate English technical descriptions

6. Highly developed problem solving and project managament skills

7. Good computer skills: PPT, Excel, SAP, Pro-E

8. Good team work sprit and strong communication skill is required

9. Willing to travel frequently
