Receiving, reviewing and analyzing sales forecast, making out the purchase plan accordingly. Coordinate with the suppliers and tracking all shipment status. Ensure that imported goods into the bonded warehouse and completion of Customs work. Finish the weekly & monthly report accurately and timely. To better enhance the communication between the each department and make whole chain’s operation more smooth.

根据销售提供的销售预测，制作出采购计划。与供应商协调，跟踪货物的状态。确保进口货物顺利到达保税仓库，并及时进行货物的完税工作。准确及时地完成每周及每月的相关报告。加强各部门之间的沟通，使整个供应链的运行更加顺畅。

• Purchase Plan:

1.Receiving, reviewing and analyzing sales forecast, making out the 1-2 times purchase plan per month according to different plan model for the various product lines.

根据销售提供的销售预测，不同产品分类依据不同的采购计划模型制作出相应的每月1-2次的采购计划。

2.Continuously improve the existing plan tools.

不断地完善现有的采购计划工具。

• PO processing & Tracking

1.Issue the purchase order accurately and timely to the suppliers approved by manager.

在采购计划得到上级领导批准后及时准确地向供应商发送采购订单。

2.Coordinate with the suppliers for the order issue and keep tracking for POs fulfillment and shipment status.

与各地的供应商保持联络，跟踪订单的完成情况和货物的到货情况。

• Customs Clearance：

Ensure that imported goods into the bonded warehouse smoothly and timely complete the customs clearance for them.

确保进口货物顺利进入保税区仓库，并及时完成货物的完税工作。

• Analysis & Reporting：

1.Finish the weekly & monthly report on time assigned by manager.

及时完成领导要求的周报及月报。

2.Analysis ratio of OTD and the inventory turnover, and make relevant recommendation for improvement.

分析采购订单的完成率及库存周转率，并提出相关改善建议。

• Coordination and Communication：

1.Ensures all parties (customer services, sales, 3PL) are fully cognizant of product status, to better enhance the communication between the each department and make whole chain’s operation more smooth.

确保所有各方（客户服务，销售，第三方物流）充分认识到产品的状态，加强各部门之间的沟通，使整个供应链的运行更加顺畅。

• Others：

1.SAP key user.

SAP 主要使用者。

2.Finish all other works assigned by supervisor.

完成公司领导布置的其它工作任务。

EDUCATION教育程度

College degree and/or above in Supply chain, Logistics, or other related field.

大专及其以上供应链,物流等相关专业

EXPERIENCE工作经验

• More than 2 years working experience in demand plan or supply chain at multinational company, experience in bonded business is an advantage.

2年以上在跨国公司的需求计划或供应链方面的相关工作经验,有相关保税区操作经验者优先。

• ERP experience is a must, and project management experience is preferred.

需具有ERP软件操作经验，具有项目管理经验者优先。

• Proficient in the use of MS Office suite，especially for Excel.

能熟练使用office办公软件,特别是Excel操作软件。

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS (Physical, Visual etc.)其他要求

• Demonstrated ability to communicate in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.

有良好的中英文沟通能力。

• Capability in organization, planning and analyzing and data processing

具有组织，计划和分析能力。

• Initiative, accountable, team spirit, be able to work under stress.

积极主动，有责任心，有团队精神，能承受工作压力。
