工作职责:

1.Work with end users to define workflow to align with function needs

2.Work with users to define user requirements for system solutions

3.Document user requirements for proper signoff

4.Coordinate with development team/vendor and users for requirement clarification of system solution

5.Coordinate in preparing test "script"s, test conditions and performing thorough and complete user acceptance testing (UAT) of systems;

6.Provide in-house training for users to insure effective and proper use of systems;

7.Capability of finding commercial application to match business / end users’ needs

8.Good experience/capability of vendor management

9.Capability of evaluating supplier with business and purchasing Detp.

10.Support integration of system into the operation

11.Support the optimization of workflow of the existing operation and also introduction of new product/business line

12.Prepare and automate management information reports

任职资格:

1.Have minimum a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Bioinformatics, etc.

2.Have at least 2 years working experience in business analysis and/or system operations management

3.Have working experience in informatics systems and methods

4.Participated in system development/implementation project

5.Have SQL, Oracle or other database experience,

6.Have Knowledge of Visio or other workflow design tools

7.Able to work independently

8.Have good communication skills and ability to deal with all level of staff
