Role Summary/Purpose :To provide leadership, manage and deliver supply chain projects as part of the expanding network of PET and SPECT radiopharmaceutical manufacturing partners in China. This will include set-up of new manufacturing facilities and introduction of new products to existing manufacturing facilities in China, and it is essential to coordinate and connect with multi-disciplinary teams in global supply chain.

Essential Responsibilities :Essential Functions (Responsibilities): ? To direct and deliver a portfolio of supply chain projects in China against agreed upon timelines, cost and quality parameters. This is achieved through the execution of key project management principles so that there are commonly understood and agreed roles, responsibilities and goals for each component/subsidiary part of the project(s). ? To interface regularly with other functional partners globally and share project progress information in order to align groups around common project and operational performance metrics.? Manage project and operational budgets to ensure that the project portfolio and operational deliverables are appropriately monitored and controlled? To actively contribute to the development of project, supply chain and business strategy, for example new product go-to-market strategy. ? To manage, or participate in as appropriate, operational mechanisms such as change control, financial reporting, training, quality reviews etc.? Other details: Driver – Is proactive, makes things happen and can ensure that supporting documentation is in place to support justifications. Evaluates, generates and translates ideas into achievable projects leading to productivity and simplification gains.

Qualifications/Requirements :Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in chemistry / chemical engineering or similar scientific discipline. At least 5 years' experience working in the pharmaceutical industry (manufacturing, quality control, R&D etc ), preferably within project management. ? Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of our business in an easy and understandable matter? Excellent written and oral communication skills, fluent English? High level of understanding of the regulatory environment for pharmaceuticals in China? Experience in SPECT/PET tracer manufacture is preferred (cyclotrons, chemistry systems platforms, QC methodologyRequirements? Customer focus and engagement: Success in the role will depend on the ability to form strong relationships with third-party manufacturing partners? A high degree of autonomy is necessary, as the role in China is geographically separated from several other core functions in the global supply chain team.
