Essential Responsibilities :In this role, the Commercial Operations Specialist will provide first level support to commercial team for OP hitting. He/she will closely collaborate w/ commercial team on order/sales forecasting and commercial analysis, take lead to drive the sales fulfillment cross field commercial supporting function and secure the committed amount. Be partner with the Sales manager on SFE, Customer issue resolving/NPS, Compliance board, ensure 100% compliance with tender and order policy; Continuously support commercial client on digital tool adoption.Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):？ Lead and conduct commercial review on MPC, Order/Sales.？ Drive Order/Sales forecast accuracy and 100% fulfilled to billing.？ Own commercial dashboard by key tollgate mapped weekly with 100% accuracy. ？ Drive Order/Sales OP meet and capture growth, demonstrate with proved data source. ？ Own commercial analysis on Convert/Renew/Win back deep dive by multi-segment.？ Be responsible for commercial operational processes/policy updating and issuing？ Conduct operation related trainings to commercial team. ？ Coordinate cross-function to resolve customer issues & complaints.？ Support tender process, and issue tender documents as needed.？ Collaborate with sales enablement team to build commercial ecosystem on SFDC.？ Engage client team in the adoption of the digital tools, simplify the manual work. ？ Spread the new released commercial tool functionalities to commercial team, including but not limited to SFDC, ePOP and Next Generation CPQ.

Qualifications/Requirements :Qualifications:？ Minimum of 3-5 years exposure to commercial sales processes ？ Minimum of 3 years fulltime progressional experience, with a proven track record of performance？ Strong data management and analytical skill and critical thinking skills required.？ Demonstrated organizational and time management skills ？ Proven experience in influencing, presentation, leading cross teams and driving change results orientation？ Strong sense of urgency with a demonstrated record of meeting commitments？ Experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required.？ Strongly compliance driven？ Bachelor degree from an accredited university or collegePreferred Qualifications:? Master degree and major in statistics, Information management or computer application ? 3-5 years in Healthcare industry? Demonstrated ability to motivate others and achieve results? Strong analytical and quantitative skills; statistically literate and familiar with Six Sigma quality concepts and tools? Strong interpersonal and leadership skills? Ability to influence and collaborate with high level management team? Black belt certification/experience
