Job description

  

1. 负责指定区域的销售渠道的开发、关系维护以及日常管理；通过个人努力和领导团队工作实现区域销售目标。
2. 负责区域内销售渠道的管理制度的制定与执行，并与渠道销售洽谈、签订协议。
3. 规划并完善区域的渠道的拓展策划，带领团队管理、激励代理商，完成预期销售目标。
4. 收集市场信息，制定区域年度销售计划。
5. 制定、执行团队/个人销售计划，分析报告，为公司发展提供建设性建议，实现业绩的持续增长。
6. 其它需要完成的事项。

  

  

Experience requirements

  

1. 八年以上的压缩机市场销售经验，3年以上区域、团队管理经验
2. 良好的计算机技能，包括办公软件
3. 本科及以上学历，主修机械工程或同等学历
4. 优秀的人际沟通和客户导向能力
5. 具有独立客户开拓能力、公关能力、谈判能力及一定的策划能力和组织能力
6. 愿意出差
