clean-slate approach to rebuilding our brand, reaffirming our identity while
remaining faithful to its founding spirit. Guided by CEO Christopher
Zanardi-Landi — the driving force behind the renaissance of the brand —
alongside the new creative director John Ray, we are assembling the design
studio from scratch, paring the company back to its founding principles so we
can focus on doing what we do best: creating shirts that are built to the best
and most enduring standards, harnessing the excellence, commitment and talent

JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION: E-Commerce & Omni-channel
Manager
REPORTS TO: General
Manager
MISSION:
Lead the expansion of
e-commerce & digital capabilities within PINK in China that will grow
business revenue & profits, facilitating the best Client Service experience
online and offline.
Localize the PINK global
vision of eCommerce and Omni-channel, being able to connect global vision with
local resources and to build PINK China website with EC function and other
social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, etc.) to support business development.
Provide leadership,
consultation, business insights, acumen and design expertise to support
development of global and local frameworks/tools/processes for eCommerce and
Omni-channel capability.
Work closely with
internal partners (PINK HQ team, LVMH AP Digital team, Fashion Group China IT/
Finance team, etc.) and external vendors to build and operate eCommerce and
digital platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the delivery of all
digital projects in China, notably:
? eCOM Asia platform
development
? Wechat mini program
and campaign
? Personalization
? Omni App (Convenience)
? Work with global
eCommerce and Omnichannel team to ensure local solutions and build-ups are
supporting PINK global strategy and brand image for all e-commerce and
omni-channel execution
e-Commerce Management
for China
? Manage/align content
across all digital touch points
? Manage and build the
relationship with e-retail partners and evaluate new ones
? Drive all P&L for
E-Commerce business (work with merchandisers, Sales Turnover,
? Oversee and
client/customer experience across all digital touch points
? Improve user
experience and focus on delivering conversion rate targets
? Use and evaluate
measurements and metrics programs, qualitative and quantitative
? Manage product
lifecycle (ranking, site refreshes, end of season and carryovers)
? Collaborate with the
global merchandising team to ensure the online product matches the trend and
needs of the China market
? Maintain effective
category groupings, site search filtering and categorization strategies
? Conduct quality checks
for product pictures, translations, prices and availability to optimize
customer journey on all channels
? Run daily, weekly,
periodic and ad-hoc metric reports on potential sales, stock availability, and
others as required
? Collaborate with
supply chain department, client service center and support in daily operation
Omni-channel for China
? Support development of
global and local frameworks/tools/processes for Omni-channel capabilities.
? Collect business needs
in order to transform them into application and operational requirements.
? Create briefs for
agency/developer adhering to the business priorities and strategy and
understanding technical constraints.
? Identify, evaluate and
manage agencies.
? Coordinate
cross-functional teams from conceptualization through implementation, including
requirements, technical design, build, test and deployment of new
customer-facing functionality.
? Identify and mitigate
project risks.
? Share best practices
within the team.
? Promote digital usage
across the teams
? Keep updated on
digital trends and innovations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor degree or
above
? 5 to 10 years of
working experience, with minimum 2 years’ experience of e-commerce project and
online business management in retail industry.
-Project
management, ideally on digital projects.
? Good understanding of
e-commerce technology and China digital eco-system. Knowing latest digital
trend in China, be able to propose new development ideas.
? Strong skills required
on analyzing, problem solving and inter-personal communication.
? Good leadership with
the capability to manage external vendors or agencies.
? Fast learner, be
creative and with positive working attitude.
? Language skills:
Strong written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
