This jobholder needs to assist in preparing budget and forecast, financial analysis, management reports to the management, provide accurate financial analysis and support for management’s strategic decision.

1. Assist in preparing the yearly budget and quarterly forecast.

2. Assist in monthly closing process such as HFM uploading, MBU reporting, etc.

3. Assist in preparing financial analysis with respect to business plan, new shop opening and lease contract renewal.

4. With the actual information from financial accounting team, prepare bi-weekly cashflow forecast with reference to budget / forecast assumptions and other department’s latest estimate, bank financing arrangements, etc.

5. Prepare monthly actual cash flow report, bank forms and commentary.

6. Prepare monthly GCM reports and direct store actual performance report.

7. Prepare monthly IC service fee calculation.

8. Stock maintenance and control, clarify with parties concerned on the stock adjustment forms and after obtained proper approval, put through the adjustment in SAP system.

9. Assist in monthly communication expenses reconciliation.

10. Assist in checking CAPEX payments vs. approved CAPEX budget and relevant internal order creation and modification process.

11. Assist in preparing daily sales report.

12. Account reconciliation with JoySun statement for monthly closing.
