职位描述
JOB PURPOSE:
The role within the Sanofi Business Services (SBS) Region ASIA JPAC department owns and drives the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) Process and Transformation Management with the guidance of the Head of the P2PSBS ASIA JPAC. The role is essentially that of a Country Project Lead.
He / she will be accountable to implement transformation projects for the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) end-to-end processes for the SBS China.
P2P is an end-to-end process that consolidates the following processes & activities: Purchasing Operations, Vendor Master Data Management, Accounts Payable and Contract Management. It also includes Travel & Expenses.
He / she will closely collaborate with Regional Process Project Leads, external 3rd parties and other Sanofi / SBS internal stakeholders in the country.

SBS is a new global and regional organization implemented in 2017 with the support of the Head of Purchase-to-Pay Process Management – Region ASIA JPAC
Effective change management required to manage transition from current operating models to future SBS P2P operating model
Overall business flexibility and agility is an expected must in order to accommodate for dynamic prioritization of tasks, and re-allocation of resource

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Process Management
Define & manage the P2P end-to-end processes on a country level: responsible for alignment and consistency with the global core model and the detailed harmonization (mainly process levels 4
-6) of processes across the SBS China (aligned with global/ regional / local operational process requirements)
Support the Regional Project Lead in implementing standard processes and solutions, as well as process improvement initiatives with a specific focus on robotics and digitalization.
Ensure prioritization in line with resource requirements and availability on a country level, as well as with Global P2P priorities
Transformation Management
Identify, address and align necessary innovations and transformation initiatives as part of the P2P End-to-End process to regional roadmap.
Ensure together with the Regional Project Lead that key P2P projects deliver the expected benefits for the region in terms of efficiency, cost and quality, and timely delivery
Contribute to change management within the country

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Experience & knowledge:
-Excellent understanding of end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay processes
-Excellent program and project management skills (Ability to identify problems and define solutions incl. implementation plans in a structured manner)
-Track record of having effectively managed large projects (preferably within P2P) with a multitude of different work streams across multiple countries
-Track record in driving and managing process standardization.
-Experience in working in a Global Business Services environment is a plus
-International background with exposure to multicultural environments is a plus
Core competencies:
-Personality with strong management and delivery skills, focused on results / high levels of proactivity
-Ability to identify problems and define solutions incl. implementation plans in a structured manner
-Ability to drive change, and instill change of mindset
-Very good communicator with an ability to discuss on senior executive level within Sanofi SBS and outside of SBS China.
-Six Sigma LEAN certification is a plus
-Relevant certification in project/ program management is a plus
-Fluent in English (written and spoken)
