Successful candidate will support the Secretary-General of Deloitte Foundation and work with members of the Foundation team on the following core areas:

• Effectively develop and maintain relationships with local government, nonprofit organizations, and relevant associations in China.


• Identify and manage signature CR programs (e.g. Deloitte Children Care Program) that effectively address social needs, and can be scalable and sustainable.


• Coordinate with Regional CR Champions on the implementation of IMPACT Day activities and other staff engagement opportunities.


• Assist in fundraising opportunities and donor management.


• Monitor and report key societal impact performance indicators, and enhance our strategic community investment.

Qualification:

• Over 5-year work experience with knowledge of the business and social sectors in China, and working experience with MNC is a plus.


• Proven ability on strategic planning, implementation and project management skills.


• Strong interpersonal skills that enable effective management with internal and external stakeholders.


• Able to work independently, under pressure, multi–tasks with attention to details and accuracy.


• Exceptional verbal and written skills in both Chinese and English.


• Mature, proactive and committed.
