职位描述
岗位职责:
Manage the credit status of the customers in SRPL and RSPT and ensure the business risk under control.
Manage credits of customers to minimize credit risk via
? Smooth daily operation of credit management as per SOP.
? Assess and analysis the financial statements of customer regularly, monitor and adjust the credit rating, credit term and limits of each customer.
? Review customer with exceeding credit limit or overdue invoices, manage waiver process.
? On-site customer visiting and updating news of customers to monitor potential business changes of customers and related impact to credit.
Collections & dispute issue settlement
? Keep tracking of daily payments received, avoid the exposure from bad debt and overdue.
? Proactive remind CHA/customer to collect the payment smoothly within due day.
? Involve in various cases, provide valuable suggestions and action plan so as to help business partner to make the risk under control.
AR Clearing
? Smooth daily operation of RPA AR clearing process.
? Communicate with commercial for any AR clearing issue settlement.
Reporting
? Provide AR Aging, DSO, Bad debt, net AR forecasting and actual report timely.
? Update credit dashboard.
Assist Mgr. for other mis. tasks.
? Manage customer maintenance process
? Assist credit related internal controls and ensure no issues in ICFR testing
? Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business
? 1-3 years of experience in Credit Control or Collections or AR is preferred
? MNC experience is preferred
? Strong Widows/Microsoft office, SAP knowledge is preferred
? Good English skill (speaking, writing, reading)
? Open-minded, team player and with good communication skills
