职位描述

Job Responsibility:

1.      Channel Sell-in Management

?        Achieve assigned Key Channel sell in target (monthly, quarterly, annually)

?        Develop and execute JBP and channel manager sales plans

?        Demand forecasting & MRE (consolidate various input) with division alignment

2.      Channel Marketing Programs Execution

?        POS acquisition & intelligence sharing to key channels

?        Develop and execute category management / conversion programs to gain share

?        Implement channel digital marketing programs

?        Execute divisions growth projects (NPIs, promotions, campaigns etc.)

3.      Accelerate Channel Growth

?        Develop and execute JBP with key channels, regular track & review

?        Implement 3M merch. plans with quarterly review

?        New channel development for coverage

4.      Channel Support & Service

?        Execute DSR training programs

?        Channel support incl. contracts, credit terms, price deviation etc.

?        Channel supply chain support

?        Distributor satisfaction improvement for loyalty, shelf share

?        Manage relationship with channel partners

 

Key Competency Required:

?        Active listener and excellent communicator

?        Strong negotiation skills. Good in persuasion as well as maintaining good relationships with partner channels

?        Innovative in the way doing business by capturing new opportunities and creating added value.

?        Highly motivated and have exceptional leadership skills.

?        Ability to use leadership and sales acumen to train and develop sales staff

?        Ability to use analytical skills to analyze Key Performance Indicators to determine the health of channel partner business and relationship.

?        Can work independently. Have strong sense of time management and responsibility

?        Collaborative, excellent team player.

 

Qualifications:

?        Bachelor’s degree or above. Basic understanding of finance, logistics, operations and good business acumen.

?        5+ years Sales experience with proven results.

?        2+ years in handling channel partnerships as Channel Specialist or Channel Manager in industrial market.

?        Solid knowledge of channel sales planning, channel management and customer engagement. Familiar with channel management methodology, process, and tools.

?        Strong communication skills and influencing capability to manage conflicts.

?        Good team work and can sell big 3M.

?        Good time and territory management skill. 30-40% travel.
