职位描述
1.在接班前清点有关交接物品、各设备是否正常运行；
2.密切注意所有设备的运作是否正常，接听大厦电梯求救电话，如有困梯、做好客人的安抚工作并及时向领班报告；
3.对大厦监控屏幕进行监控，熟悉掌握各摄像枪的分布点及各出入口；
4.留意各楼层、电梯是否有可疑人员，如有可疑人员或事情应即做好监控及录像并报告当值领班；
5.协助检查大厦内发生的有关案件或突发事件；
6.对门禁报警及时作跟进处理，对消防报警应及时巡查和处理，熟悉所有设备的使用及应急方案的程序；
7.熟悉管辖区域公安部门电话，有需要时或经上司指示及时报警求助；
8.完成上级交办的其他任务。
岗位要求：
1.男女不限，165cm或173cm以上优先；
2.中专毕业以上学历，物业管理或酒店管理、旅游管理、会展管理等相关专业优先；
3.三年以上物业管理工作经验或二年以上相同或相当职位工作经验，持有消防培训上岗证；
4.要求普通话流利，能听懂粤语；
